This is my current diet plan, feel free to ask any questions! I've been following this for the past 6 months and it's been a game changer for my energy levels and overall health. Here's what I typically eat in a day:

Morning (7 AM):
- Green smoothie with spinach, banana, almond milk, and protein powder
- Sometimes I'll add chia seeds for extra fiber
π₯ Lunch (12 PM):
- Large salad with mixed greens, grilled chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil dressing
- Quinoa or brown rice on the side
π Afternoon Snack (3 PM):
- Apple with almond butter or Greek yogurt with berries
- Green tea or matcha latte
π½οΈ Dinner (7 PM):
- Grilled salmon or lean turkey
- Roasted vegetables (broccoli, sweet potato, zucchini)
- Small portion of complex carbs

- 3-4 liters of water
- Herbal teas
- Occasional kombucha

This has helped me maintain my energy while being a busy mom and entrepreneur. The key is consistency and not being too restrictive. I allow myself one cheat meal per week to keep things sustainable.
